Our friend Maya, who gets an order of our golden almond milk every Monday, made this amazing Lebanese-inspired pudding. So simple to make, yet so full of flavor.
Orange Blossom Almond Milk Pudding
2 c. Treehouse Golden Almond Milk
1/4 c. honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 capfuls of orange blossom water
4 tbsp cornstarch
crushed raw pistachio
Whisk ingredients and bring to a gentle boil, whisking all the while. Once thickened, remove from heat. Pour into serving bowls and top with pistachios. Cover & chill.
